Dr Hoby P. Hetherington is a Professor in the Departments of Neurosurgery and Diagnostic Radiology. Dr Hetherington is recognized for his work in high field magnetic resonance spectroscopy and spectroscopic imaging. Dr Hetherington's funded research involves the development and application of high field magnetic resonance spectroscopy to evaluate metabolic and neurotransmitter changes in epilepsy patients. He is currently a member of the editorial board of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. Dr....
Professor Emeritus of Neurology
I am a graduate of Yale College, Boston University Medical school and Mayo Clinic Neurology Residency.
I also served in the USAF for 10 years. I now work at Yale Medical School and Yale New Haven Hospital doing Neurology care with emphasis on Epilepsy in adults and children. I have spent much time in teaching and research. I have been honored to be elected President of the American Epilepsy and received many Awards and Prizes related to my work.
I still enjoy seeing and caring for patients.
